LocalTrailerRentals.com is our marketplace. Renters search it by town, find a trailer near them, and book it. If the nearest one is yours, that booking is yours — and we do not take a cut of it.
Book a Free Call →That is how they are built. The marketplace is their business, so the booking has to pay for it. Ours isn't — you already pay us for the software, and the marketplace is part of what that buys.
At 20%, a $360 rental costs you $72. Three of those in a month and you have paid more in commission than a whole RentFlow subscription — and you still would not own the renter, the listing, or the link back to your own site.
No upload, no separate dashboard, no second set of prices to keep in step.
You add it in RentFlow the way you already do — photos, price, specs. That is the whole job. Anything priced, photographed and bookable goes up on its own.
Someone searches their town or ZIP. Trailers near them come back sorted by distance, with your price, your photos and your business name on the card.
They book on the marketplace using your calendar and your rates. The payment goes to your account with your name on the statement. We never touch it.
Every one of your listings carries your business name, your town, and a link straight to your own website. Not a redirect, not a nofollow — a plain link, which is the kind that actually helps your own site rank.
No other marketplace does this, and it is not an oversight on their part. If the renter reaches you directly, they lose the commission. We do not have one to lose.
The marketplace reads the same availability your own booking site does. A rental taken on either one blocks the trailer on both, in the same moment.
That is the part that goes wrong when people list on two marketplaces by hand — the double booking you find out about on a Saturday morning.
There isn't one, and the reason is boring: the marketplace makes RentFlow worth more to you, so we would rather you kept every dollar of the booking than pay us a slice of it. It is a reason to stay, not a second invoice.
No. If your trailers have a photo and a price in RentFlow, they are already listed. Adding your website address in Settings is the only optional step, and that is for your benefit rather than ours.
Your site stays your best channel and we push people to it — your name, your link, your phone number on every listing. The marketplace catches the renter who was never going to find you, because they searched for a trailer rather than for your business.
You do. It arrives in your console like any other booking, with the same agreement, licence check and inspections. They are your customer from the first minute.
Yes, any time, and it takes effect straight away. Some owners would rather not be listed beside a competitor down the road, and that is a fair call to make.
Independent rental businesses running RentFlow — 126 yards across 36 states so far, and growing every week as new owners come on. No peer-to-peer listings, no one renting out of a driveway.
If you already run RentFlow, they probably are. If you don't, this comes with it — along with the booking site, the console, deposits, agreements and licence checks.
